Among my friends and family, I’m known by “The List girl”! It’s funny, I’ve always been like this, I remember making lists for my mum to give to Santa haha! Being organised is really in my personality. I decided to share a few tips that will help you to become an organised person.
1.Start by Organising your Home
Having your home organised will help you to get in the spirit! Organise your bedroom and kitchen and the spaces you spend more time in.
2.Organise your Mind
Write in a journal, write down your emotions and thoughts. Sometimes we need to de-clutter our minds in order to have a more organised life! This is a great habit for your mental health too!
3.Start making Small Lists
Have two or three goals for the day and write them down. Make sure to tick them out as you achieve them.
4.Start Planning your Week
Write down at least one goal to achieve per day, it will motivate you, and it will get you in the habit of planning out everything.
5.Make this a Habit
Make all the steps above a habit.
It takes 21 days to make or break a habit. Give yourself time to get in the spirit and have fun doing it.
