Time Management Tips

This post will help you manage your time, in order to be more productive and succeed at your job. There’s also a printable that will help you schedule your day.

Here are the steps to budget your time and still be productive.

1.Set Goals

Write down all of your goals for the day. Be realistic, don’t add too many things that you’ll know you won’t be able to achieve. That will only make you feel stressed and frustrated.

2.Budget Your Time

Out of the 24 hours of the day, take off the time you spend sleeping (8 to 9 hours) and budget the rest, in order to maximize your available time. You are left with 15-16 hours, set morning and afternoon schedules.

3.Set Times

For each goal that you wrote down to accomplish during the day, add a maximum time to finish it.

4.Improvements?

Figure out what do you need to improve, what changes do you might need to make to be more productive.

Let me know if this helped you improve your time management. Thank you for reading it and, I’ll see you in my next post.

How to Work from Home and be Productive

I recently started this blog and soon realized this is what I want to do for a living. I’ve never been this happy, I finally found “my purpose”. I take this blog as serious as a job, so I work really hard on it, I’m sure this will be the way that will lead me to success.

If you are a blogger or work from home and want some inspiration to be productive, then this is the post for you. There’s also a weekly planner printable to help you organize your days, to get it, click here.

1.Wake Up Early

I like waking up early, and take my time getting ready, that way I’m not in a rush meaning I’ll be really calm and relaxed once I start working. It’s also a habit that makes me feel more productive because I have more time available to do everything I set myself to do that day.

2.Do some sort of Activity

I usually stretch and do a little bit of yoga and, sometimes I even do a small workout. This makes me feel very alert and ready to tackle my day. Keep in mind, running after your children to get them ready counts as a workout haha.

3.Set Goals for the Day

This step will make you feel pressured (in a positive way) to accomplish everything you set yourself to achieve for the day. Make a realistic list, or you’ll be frustrated. I like to see it in a weekly planner, like that it’s easier for me to plan according to what I did the previous day. Also, at the end of the week, you will feel like you were super productive, that will boost your confidence, and it will make you improve on your work every day.

4.Plan Out your Meal

At the end of every day, I like to make a small list with ideas for meals for the following day. This saves me a lot of time meaning I get to get more things done.

5.Have Fun

Now that you spend your day being extremely productive, you deserve to have fun and relax. Be with your family and friends, watch a few episodes of your favourite series, just enjoy your time. Don’t forget to be proud of your achievements, you might not have the results right away, but you will have them!

Thank you so much for reading it, and let me know if you have more tips to be productive! I will see you in my next post.

How to Save Money by being Organised

I’m a very organised person, I love to planning everything ahead, and I’m no different when it comes to finances. Since I started to be more and more organised, I realised that I was saving more money at the end of the month and thanks to it, I managed to save a lot more money!

Here’s how you can do it too.

1.Organise your Pantry and Kitchen

My pantry used to be a mess, and I’d find myself purchasing the same thing over and over because I thought I was out of it and in reality, it was just lost in the middle of the mess! So, one day I took everything out of the pantry and re-organised. This made a huge difference. I started saving more money because I stopped buying what I didn’t need.

2. Budget! Budget! Budget!

Writing down exactly how much you want to spend on each category will stop you from impulse shopping. It will help you to make better choices, and you’ll figure out how much you can start to add to your savings.

3. Plan!!

This tips goes along with the previous one. I started to write down my monthly budget, my expenses, bills, meal plans, etc! I started to have control of my money, and that made my savings increase a lot!

I’m extremely happy to announce that I’m launching a Monthly Money Planner! This Planner has a Budget Spread, a Savings Tracker, a Debt Tracker, an Expenses Tracker, a Bills Tracker, a No Spend Calender, a Meal Planner and more! I’ll leave the link here for you, and I hope this Planner helps you as much as it helped me!
